Management plan 2019 - Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs

Every department of the European Commission has a management plan for the year to come.  It describes the actions for each department derived from the priorities and the strategic objectives of the Commission.  It also enables the management of the department to plan, follow up and report on all its activities, resources and staff needs.
