Evaluation of the European Parliament and European Commission cooperation in communication in the Member States

A study conducted on behalf of the European Commission, evaluating the cooperation in communication in the Member States between the European Parliament and European Commission.

The evaluation  was conducted by Deloitte & Coffey between Dec 2016 and Jun 2017.

It involved interviews with senior managers at the Headquarters of the two Institutions, as well as with European Parliament Information Office (EPIO) and Representation staff and discussions with stakeholders in 14 Member States.

The evaluation also drew on the results of a 12-week public consultation organised by the European Commission.
