Electronic communications

As of the withdrawal date, the EU rules in the field of electronic communications no longer apply to the United Kingdom. This regulatory framework includes the provisions of the Framework Directive, the related Specific Directives, the Radio Spectrum Decision, the BEREC Regulation, the Roaming Regulation, the Telecoms Single Market Regulation, as well as a number of Commission Recommendations.
