Responsibilities Associate Partner Wavestone Biography Noëmie Honoré is a cybersecurity expert with 15 years’ experience, specialising in human-centric areas such as awareness, training, and culture. She has led numerous cybersecurity awareness and culture projects across Europe and the US, working with a wide range of sectors both public and private, including EU institutions. As lead for awareness activities, she developed with her teams games, demos, and cyber events to engage and educate diverse audiences effectively. She also created the TAMAM method, a five-step framework for building effective cybersecurity culture plans, and developed a cyber awareness benchmark to assess organisational maturity in security culture. Her work focuses on embedding security-conscious behaviours to strengthen resilience and reduce risks. Noëmie is also a Board member of Women4Cyber Belgium, promoting diversity and inclusion within cybersecurity.
