New database of all subsidies investigated by EU

The European Commission has made a new database of all its anti-subsidy investigations available on the DG Trade website.

The database is part of the Commission’s commitment to improve transparency for its trade defence instruments. This database brings together all the information from the EU’s anti-subsidy investigations in one place.

The database, which can be searched using various criteria, includes the subsidising country, names of subsidy schemes, their legal basis, who is eligible, how the schemes are implemented as well as how the benefit to the exporter is calculated etc.

It will be updated regularly.
