FET-OPEN project wins award for best website

The fetfx.eu website was awarded the 2018 .eu Web Awards in the "Laurels" category on 21 November.

​fetfx.eu is the main website for the dissemination of FET projects managed by REA. The website aims to enhance the visibility of FET projects and it addresses researchers, industry, policy makers, civil society organisations and citizens. It covers multiple scientific disciplines, from artificial intelligence to biotechnologies, from new materials to energy, health and environment

“In fetfx.eu we try to bring people closer to the extraordinary FET discoveries of basic, visionary and high-risk research, and we let people imagine how the future will be like, today", says project coordinator Elisabeth Schmid.

The .eu Web Awards is an online competition held every year since 2014. The objective of the award is to enhance the visibility of the most beautiful and impactful .eu websites.
