The European Commission, the European Court of Auditors and the European Investment Bank (EIB) have signed a new tripartite agreement

The European Commission, the European Court of Auditors and the European Investment Bank have just signed a renewed Tripartite Agreement. The revised agreement replaces the agreement from 26 September 2016. It governs the ECA’s access to documents and information held by the EIB in order to carry out its audits of operations funded or guaranteed by the EU budget and managed by the EIB.
