A call for project proposals to fund science outreach events during the European Researchers’ Night is open until 12 January 2021 under the Marie Sklodowska-Curie NIGHT call 2020. This is an opportunity to bring researchers closer to the general public and to increase awareness of research and innovation activities by: Supporting the public recognition of researchers Showcasing the impact of researchers’ work on people’s daily lives Encouraging young people to follow research careers. The call makes available €8 million and will finance events taking place in European cities on 24 September 2021. Activities can combine education aspects with entertainment, especially when addressing young audiences.
