Digital Government: Co-creating innovative public services for citizens and businesses

egov

Efficient and transparent public services have a direct impact on the quality of our lives.  The Research Executive Agency (REA) joined forces with Directorate-General Communications Networks, Content and Technology (DG CNECT) and CORDIS to produce the second edition of the publication Digital government: Co-creating innovative public services for citizens and businesses. The results pack showcases 15 EU-funded projects that have pioneered innovative digital solutions and processes to fully launch Europe’s public services into the digital realm.

The results pack is a thematic collection of research results funded under EU's framework programme for research and innovation Horizon 2020 – Societal Challenges 6. All projects featured in this updated Results Pack are working to bring eGovernment closer to the citizen. The Pack comprises the original 10 articles published in 2019 and five entirely new project articles for 2020, with three of the original 10 also receiving revisions to include exciting new developments since the original publication.
