The European Commission provided technical expertise to Lithuania via the Structural Reform Support Programme for developing a strategy for digitalisation of industry in 2019-2030. The outcome of the support, a report, provides options for how the country can benefit from digitalisation. It identifies opportunities for reform and puts forward a proposal for a strategy on digitalisation of industry in 2019-2030. The Ministry formally adopted the Lithuanian Industry Digitisation Roadmap for 2019-2030 in March 2019. The objective is to contribute to economic growth, competitiveness and industry innovation. Support for growth-enhancing reforms and Digital Single Market are key priorities of the EU. For more details on the project, see here.
