Nathalie Tocci

Biography

Nathalie Tocci is James Anderson Professor of the Practice at the John Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies Europe and Senior Fellow at the Institute for European Policy-Making at Bocconi University. She is Chair of the Board of the ODI Europe. She has been director of the Istituto Affari Internazionali and Special Advisor to EU High Representatives Federica Mogherini and Josep Borrell. In that capacity, she wrote the European Global Strategy and worked on its implementation.
