Natalia Aristimuño-Pérez is a digital transformation expert with over 25 years of experience in the European Commission. As Director of DIGI.R (Change management and Resources) she brings her expertise to have people at the centre of the continuous changing environment we are. As acting Director of DIGIT.B (Digital Enablers and Innovation) since 2021, she provides strategic vision and oversees key areas such as data management, artificial intelligence, interoperability policy, and digital innovation. With a strong background in management, Natalia has held various leadership positions within the Commission, making the use of technology a key enabler for the delivery of better public services. Her expertise spans project management, budget management, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on promoting digital transformation and innovation across the EU.
