Marina Pantcheva is a linguist, polyglot, and co-founder of the AI Localization Think Tank. With a strong academic background and a PhD in Theoretical Linguistics, she has a passion for education and science communication. Since 2014, Marina has worked in the localisation industry, where she initially led a multidisciplinary team developing crowd-based localisation solutions, spanning technology, business intelligence, linguistic quality, and community management. She now serves as Director of the Linguistic AI Services Center of Excellence at RWS, driving the integration of AI solutions into localisation workflows. A strong advocate for clear communication, Marina is actively involved in outreach through public talks, blogs, webinars and podcasts that aim to make complex ideas accessible to wider audiences.
