Biography

Senior finance professional with 25 years of experience in the venture capital and private equity sectors across Europe, Kinga has worked in several countries, including the USA, the UK, France, Austria and Finland. She holds the position of ambassador in the European Innovation Council, having previously been a member of three different EIC boards over the course of the past 7 years. Kinga has been named one of the TOP 50 most influential women in the European start-up and venture capital space by EU Startups and one of the TOP 50 women in tech in Europe by Forbes. She is the co-founder and managing partner of Experior VC, the first Venture Capital  fund in Europe set up and managed by two women pioneers on the CEE market. She is currently supervisory board member of various startups with VC and Angel funding, such as Tylko, a female co-led major DTC European ecommerce company with a strong focus on sustainability, and Ten Square Games, a stock exchange listed company in the mobile gaming free to play market. The latter grew from a startup to over EUR 1 bn valuation on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. She’s a member of the investment committee at Sturgeon Capital, which invests in startups from emerging economies (including CIS countries, Central and South Asia), as well as a founding board member of 42 Warsaw - a Freedom of Choice Foundation coding school establishment. Since 2017, Kinga has been the founder and CEO of European Women in VC, the largest community of female venture and growth managers across Europe with the aim to increase Asset Under Management in the hands of women to deliver positive impact and strong returns.
