Katell Hernández Morin worked as a professional translator and reviewer for 5 years in translation companies, with French, English and Spanish as her working languages. She is now associate professor in specialised translation and quality management for the Master’s in Translation and Interpretation at the University of Rennes 2, France. She is also the head of the Master’s degree. She co-leads a team of researchers on translation, linguistic engineering and terminology (the TRASILT team) within the LIDILE investigation unit, and she has been presiding over the French Association of University Training Programmes in Translation, known as AFFUMT, for 3 years.
