Open calls for proposals
Deadline for submission of the proposals: Wednesday 15 May 2024 (17.00 Brussels time) via the SPIRIT web application.

To avoid any last-minute technical problems with your submission, we recommend starting the preparation as soon as possible, as all documents must be uploaded and submitted through the SPIRIT web application.
The online information session on DG Interpretation’s call for proposals, initially planned for 17 April, is postponed to Tuesday 23 April 2024 from 13.15 to 14.30 (Brussels time). Please email SCIC-Grants-to-Universities
ec [dot] europa [dot] eu (us) to get the link for the meeting. We recommend reading the call for proposals and the grant proposal forms, as well as the applicant's guide before the meeting, as it will allow you to ask more specific questions.
Please check the FAQ and updates document regularly. It will be updated up until 3 working days before the closing date.
