Bursaries
The financial contribution proposed for master's/postgraduate studies in conference interpreting consists of one single payment and will amount to the equivalent of the enrolment fee (tuition fee and/or administration fee) paid for the academic year 2022-2023, with a ceiling amount of € 3,000.
There are currently no open calls for student bursaries. The new call for academic year 2023-2024 will be published on this website around May 2023.

Eligibility requirements
You may be eligible for a bursary if you:
- are enrolled in a master's/postgraduate degree in conference interpreting or intend to enrol in one (for courses that last more than one year, you will need to be enrolled in your last year)
- and are a national of an EU Member State or of one of the candidate countries (Albania, the Republic of North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia or Türkiye)
- and need to pay / have paid an enrolment fee for your course (tuition fee and/or administration fee)
and if you meet one of the following requirements:
a) you are registered in the course with one of the following active languages ('A' language): Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Greek, Irish, Italian, Maltese, Portuguese, Slovak or Slovene
or
b) you are registered in the course with a retour into English, French or German from one of the following active languages: Estonian, Finnish, Hungarian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish, Romanian, Spanish or Swedish
In any case, your passive languages and/or retour language will need to be in line with the preferential profiles as published in the call for applications.
