The European Commission and the Task Force on Reactive Nitrogen (TFRN) under the UNECE Convention on Long-Range Transboundary Air Pollution are organising a workshop on integrated sustainable nitrogen management on 30 September and 1 October 2019. The workshop is organised back to back with the TFRN annual meeting on 2 October. The workshop and meeting takes place in Brussels. The workshop takes place in follow up to the initiative launched in 2016 to develop a guidance document on sustainable nitrogen management, taking into account pollution into air, water and soil in an integrated way. The chapters developed for the guidance document will be shared in view of the workshop for feedback and constructive discussions before finalising the best practice guidance.
