The aim of the conference is to have an exchange on a technical level, with those working in shared management in Member States with the following objectives:stress the link between good management of conflicts of interest and better use of EU funds and the fact that conflict of interest management is part of internal control systemsidentify and share best practices in Member States as recommended by the OECD on how to deal with conflicts of interest in public administration, andshare the results of the e-survey launched by DG Budget on Member State measures taken to deal with conflicts of interest.
