International cooperation can greatly contribute to increasing the safety of products on the market. The International Product Safety Week (IPSW) provides an excellent opportunity for discussions among international regulators, industry, consumer organisations, standard-makers, test laboratories, academics and other product safety experts. The event is organised every two years in Brussels

Keeping consumers safe in times of crises and raising the bar for product  traceability.

10 November - “Re-call me ASAP” (open session)

How to effectively and efficiently recall dangerous products from consumers.

A workshop on the fundamentals of product safety will also be organised with UNCTAD on 12 November (for regulators only).

As in past editions, the International Consumer Product Health and Safety Organisation (ICPHSO) online symposium will take place in the framework of the International Product Safety Week. This year’s symposium will be held on 27 and 28 October.
