EU Energy Day - Hydrogen to drive the EU’s green transition

EU Energy Days - Dubai

The EU Energy Day, organised by the European Commission in the framework of the Expo 2020 in Dubai, will be a hybrid event.

It will, in the context of the European Green Deal objective of making Europe a climate neutral continent by 2050, focus on hydrogen as a driver of the EU’s green energy transition. Event sessions and discussions will concentrate on

  • the role of hydrogen for EU’s energy transition
  • the role of innovation in driving the hydrogen agenda
  • policies, technological and business models to facilitate the development renewable hydrogen projects
  • international cooperation initiatives for technology transfer and trade

The event will also be a meeting place for European institutions and innovative cleantech companies to share with the international audience their breakthrough technologies, clean energy solutions, and their upcoming initiatives. 

The agenda and the registration link are published on the EU-GCC Clean Energy Technology Network website, who on behalf on the Commission, facilitates the organisation of the event
