Another inspiring dialogue for the environment, ”CitizENV”, took place on 25 April at Université Catholique de Louvain in Belgium. DG Environment colleagues met a really enthousiastic young group of students in engineering, development studies and agronomy. Their engagement was impressive and they all showed a deep sense of thinking and concern for our society. They challenged the notion of democracy and they want to see higher moral values in the politic system. Even if their views on the future of the environment are quite pessimistic, they bring the new mentality that we are fighting for. Thank you for your commitment and for striving to make Europe and the world a better place.
