Apart from the EC representative, three experts took part in the dialogue: Mrs. Marta Witkowska – University of Warsaw and Team Europe expert (she was the Moderator of discussion), Mr. Kamil Przyborowski - specialist in Programming and Metropolitan Cooperation of the City of Warsaw and Piotr Maciej Kaczyński –Team Europe expert.Dialogue began with panelists' statements and an introduction to basic regional policy initiatives. The panelists discussed how European funds change Mazovia and how the Integrated Territorial Investments mechanism influences the development of the Warsaw Metropolis.Then, through the slido.com platform, the participants of the dialogue answered the question "Is the region important to me?" Through this platform, participants were able to ask experts questions, which facilitated communication during the dialogue.Experts after substantive introduction to the topic answered the questions of the audience, which concerned, among others: Janosikowe (solidarity tax), planning European funds regionally, independence of European regions such as Catalonia, decentralization at the cost of weakening the EU position in the world.More details (in PL) available here.
