Participants wanted to know more about what the EU is going and how the citizens can contribute regarding the climate change.The event was organised by Nenagh Europe Direct Information Centre, with support from the Commission Representation.The speakers were Gerry Kiely, Head of the European Commission Representation in Ireland and Dr Cara Augustenborg, an environmental scientist and Senior Fellow in Environmental Policy. The panel included the speakers and Paul Kenny, CEO Tipperary Energy Anceny and Gregg Allen, Project Manager of community Porwer. The event was chaired by Fran Curry of Tipp FM radio.
