CloseThis event has ended. The Smart Readiness Indicator (SRI) platform contributes to the promotion of the SRI and related best practices, acting as an exchange forum. Through its plenary meetings, it brings together all interested stakeholders and EU countries to discuss technical, regulatory and implementation aspects of the SRI. During the first plenary meeting of the platform, which took place in December 2021, the various activities conducted by the SRI support team were outlined. In addition, the action plans from Austria, Denmark and France for testing the SRI were introduced. This second plenary meeting is an opportunity to present the work achieved up to now by the SRI support team, and to provide an update on the ongoing test phases since 3 additional EU countries are now engaged in SRI testing (Croatia, Czech Republic, and Finland). The discussions of this second meeting will also focus on the SRI in EU policy, particularly regarding the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive recast proposal. Eventually, this meeting will introduce new LIFE projects which will contribute to the roll-out of the SRI. For social media: #SmartReadinessIndicator Background The SRI platform supports working groups focusing on specific elements of the SRI, such as exchanging SRI testing experiences, SRI value proposition, as well as methodological aspects related to the assessment and implementation of the SRI, such as the service catalogues or the design of the SRI certificate.
