In her capacity as Vice Chair of the Interinstitutional Cybersecurity Board, she plays a key role in fostering strategic cooperation and enhancing collective resilience across EU institutions, agencies, and bodies. With over 20 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, Dolores has led large-scale digital transformation programmes, combining strategic vision with operational excellence.
