The BCS programme is designed to gather information on the state of the economies in the EU and candidate countries, in order to be able to compare their business cycles for economic and monetary union (EMU) management purposes. The co-operation between the Commission and future beneficiaries shall be established in the form of Framework partnership agreements that will be concluded for the period May 2022 - April 2025 (3 years). How to submit a proposal?
