BiographyDr. Bettina Orlopp has been the CEO of Commerzbank AG since October 2024. She is responsible for Audit, Communications, Corporate M&A and Investments as well as Legal, Strategy, Transformation & Sustainability and Research. Previously, she served as the Deputy CEO and was responsible for the CFO area including Finance, Tax, Investor Relations and Treasury. In 2017, she became a member of the Commerzbank Board, heading the Legal, Compliance and Human Resources divisions. She joined Commerzbank in 2014 as Head of Group Development & Strategy. Additionally, she is a Member of the Supervisory Board of KfW. Dr. Bettina Orlopp began her professional career in 1995 as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where she was appointed Partner in 2002. She is married and has two children.
