Adriana Inchausti is a language services professional with over 15 years of experience in translation, localisation, and multilingual project management in the humanitarian and development sectors. She is currently Head of Translation and Language Services at Oxfam Intermón, where she leads linguistic strategy, advises internal teams, and manages external providers to optimise resources and improve organisational efficiency. Adriana previously held several roles at Oxfam International over more than a decade. She holds a degree in Translation and Interpreting from the University of the Basque Country (EHU) and a Master’s in Audiovisual Translation from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Passionate about the belief that high-quality translations are essential to promoting inclusiveness, she has also contributed as a volunteer to various NGOs, particularly in initiatives focused on poverty alleviation and social justice.
