Europe for Citizens (EFC) - Civil Dialogue group The “Civil dialogue group” (official mandate, PDF) meets regularly and discusses all matters related to the Europe for Citizens programme and to its implementation. It encourages exchanges of experiences and good practices and contributes to the dissemination of the programme’s results. It monitors and discusses policy developments in related fields.
