The independent evaluation was undertaken in accordance with Article 18.6 of the EFSI Regulation (2015/1017) by ICF Mostra under a DG ECFIN framework contract (ECFIN-001-2017). The evaluation covers the functioning of the European Fund for Strategic Investments, of the European Investment Advisory Hub, and of the European Investment Project Portal since the launch of the individual activities until the 31 December 2017.
