The European Commission's Library offers an online catalogue, open to the public and including European Commission Library collections.
Physical libraries
The Library Reading rooms in Brussels and in Luxembourg are open to EU staff and, by appointment, to outside visitors specialising in EU affairs.
Historical archives
The Historical Archives Service manages the archives of the European Commission and organisations that preceded it. Members of the public can consult minutes of meetings, speeches and other materials in its Brussels reading room.

The Centre gives visitors the opportunity to learn about EU institutions and policies, as well as developments in European integration.
