Description
On 26 November 2021, a diverse group of 300 hundred experts from consumer and business organisations, representatives of EU Member States, academics and practitioners were brought together for an online workshop on the implementation of the Representative Actions Directive for the protection of the collective interests of consumers (EU) 2020/1828. The Directive was adopted in November 2020. EU Member States shall transpose the Directive into their national legal orders by 25 December 2022 and shall apply it from 25 June 2023.
