The regional target provides for the construction of two Community Health Centers. The Autonomous Region of Valle d’Aosta will build four.

The regional target consists of the construction of 1 Territorial Operational Central. The intervention has been carried out and the plant will be fully operational by 30/06/2024.

The Community House is a continuous point of reference in order to guarantee the promotion, prevention of health and care of the reference community, in particular for chronically ill patients, and is also equipped with an IT infrastructure (telemedicine) and multi-specialist equipment.

The project, financed with EUR 2 270 163, including EUR 1.905.585 from the Recovery and Resilience Facility, consists of the construction of 1 Community Hospital. The Autonomous Region of Valle d’Aosta will implement a second one entirely financed by regional resources.
