The first achievement of the quantum communications project financed by the Recovery and Resilience Plan is LuxQCI Laboratory, which is equipped and operational.
It allows the research team acquire the expertise needed to develop and operate a quantum communication infrastructure. It is followed by connections, first terrestrial, and later through a satellite.
