The Citizens Dialogue with Commissioner Avramopoulos took place on the 7 May 2019 at MUZA – Malta’s new museum of art in Valletta.
The event was moderated by Mark Micallef - a freelance journalist and researcher specialised on on human smuggling and trafficking networks in Libya and the Sahel.
