The aim of the discussion is to address challenges that we are facing: Besides climate change, rapid technological development and wider demographic processes are topics that pose challenges for Europe. How to turn these changes into opportunities? What can Europe learn from Estonia and in turn, Estonia from other European countries?

The idea is to talk about changes brought by the digital development, but also whether and how technology can improve people's chances of participate in societal life.
