Page contents Page contents Pursuant to Article SSC.59(1) of the Protocol on Social Security Coordination to the EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement, these notifications are made by Member States and the United Kingdom to notify the Specialised Committee on Social Security Coordination of any changes to their legislation as regards the branches of social security covered by Article SSC.3 which are relevant to or may affect the implementation of that Protocol. In addition, these notifications also cover any declarations made by Member States and the United Kingdom in accordance with point (q) of Article SSC.1. The notifications indicate the date from which the Protocol applies to the listed national legislation, which is 1 January 2021, except where otherwise stated.
