Establishment of an Anti-Corruption Task Force to monitor and review the measures taken in Hungary to prevent, detect, prosecute and sanction corruption

The aim of this reform is to establish an Anti-Corruption Task Force to monitor and review the measures taken in Hungary to prevent, detect, prosecute, and sanction corruption.

It examines the existing anti-corruption measures and develop recommendations to improve the detection, investigation, prosecution, and sanctioning of corrupt and similar practices, such as nepotism, favoritism, or the "revolving door" phenomenon between the public and private sectors.

It makes recommendations for measures to improve the flow of information between state administrative and supervisory authorities and criminal investigative authorities.
