Digital Toolkit

The objective of the programme is to boost the digitalisation of small enterprises (10 to 49 employees), micro-enterprises (1 to 9 employees) and the self-employed, in any sector of economic activity, raising their level of digital maturity.

The programme, which is managed by RED.ES, is a best practice in the reduction of administrative burden. It provides digital vouchers to firms, through which beneficiaries can acquire services from a list of digital service providers offering the integration of digital technology to adopt e-commerce effectively, to the digitalization of relations with the public administration and with customers, to developing digital internal processes, and introducing e-invoicing and digital marketing.

So far, three calls for different sizes of companies are open and are having a very good take-up. EUR 1 billion have been awared in calls so far, with more than 200,000 SMEs having benefitted from the support scheme.
