Call for tenders for SCIC FWC: Provision of conference services

The purpose of this call for tenders is to contract conference services for supporting the European Commission and Executive Agencies in the organisation of their conferences with an external communication dimension. The services to be provided will cover among others overall coordination, concept development, venue search and rental, AV and IT services, and virtual conferences.

Deadline for submission is 18 September 2023.
