Description

The European Commission intends to launch a negotiated call for tender in order to book a suitable venue for DG Financial Stability, Financial Services and Capital Markets Union's away day which will take place on Monday 5 March 2018.

A plenary room for 330 people and 6 break-out rooms are needed. The plenary room should be equipped with a screen, beamer and flipcharts, as well as 3 microphones; the break-out rooms should be equipped with 2 flipcharts each. The contract will also include catering (welcome coffee, coffee break, lunch and farewell drink) for 330 people. The venue should be within a radius of 10 km from Brussels Schuman area.
