Description
The European Commission intends to launch a negotiated call for tender in order to book a suitable venue for DG FISMA's away day which will take place on Friday, 24 of March 2017.
A plenary room for 350 people and 9 break-out rooms are needed. The plenary room should be equipped with a screen, beamer and flipcharts as well as 3 microphones, the break-out rooms should be equipped with 2 flipcharts each. The contract will also include catering (welcome coffee, coffee break, lunch and farewell drink) for 350 people. The venue should be within a radius of 30 km from Brussels Schuman area.
