The TSI is a demand-driven EU instrument that provides tailor-made expertise to Member States' authorities.

Today, the Commission adopted the 2024 Annual Action Programme for the Turkish Cypriot community, allocating €39.5 million in new EU funding to facilitate Cyprus' reunification and to support the socio-economic development of the community.

Following the entry into force of the Pact on Migration and Asylum and the adoption of the Common Implementation Plan (CIP) on 12 June 2024, the Commission as of today will provide tailored support and expert advice to nine Member States through the Technical Support Instrument (TSI).

Today, the Commission has selected a new round of 170 projects under the Technical Support Instrument (TSI), to support Member States to design and implement a total of 307 reforms in 2024, which will strengthen Member States' competitiveness, resilience, and modernisation.
