Copyright: Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works With an investment of EUR 636.6 million from the Recovery and Resilience Facility, the Bulgarian plan supports a comprehensive national scheme for energy efficiency renovation of residential, public and commercial buildings.The scheme will result in the energy-efficiency renovation of:residential buildings covering at least 2.15 million m2; at least 354 non-residential public buildings and at least 170 non-residential buildings in manufacturing, trade and services.The project will help achieve at least 30% primary energy demand savings, limit energy waste, lower carbon emissions, while also ensuring positive social, health and environmental implications.
