The renovation was comprehensive – from the interior to the exterior. The building was fitted with a new insulated facade and roof, the balconies and window frames were modernized, exterior blinds were installed, and the heating, lighting, electrical wiring, and lightning protection systems were extensively modernized. As part of the modernization, a heat recovery system, photovoltaic equipment, and battery storage were installed, which will contribute to more efficient and environmentally friendly operation of the nursery school. An elevator was added to the kitchen, the walls, ceilings, and floors were renovated, and barrier-free elements were added.
