PoVeJMo: Adaptive Natural Language Processing with Large Language Models - Co-financing of research innovation projects in support of green transition and digitalisation

The programme is implemented by a consortium led by the Faculty of Computer and Information Science of the University of Ljubljana. Eight partners, three public research organisations and five companies, participate in the consortium.

The aim is to develop more computationally efficient open-access large language models envisaged for wider academic and industrial use.

The programme will lead to the participation of the pro-active economy and active research organisations, including other stakeholders of society, who will gain free access to developed general large language models.

The Recovery and Resilience Facility provides funding of EUR 3.4 million, while the total value of the investment is EUR 4 million. The project started in September 2023 and will be completed by June 2026.
