Establishment of a new public procurement platform and mobile application

New platform for conducting public procurement procedures and the mobile application to be operational, with public procurement procedure being launched on the new e-tendering platform. 

The investment enabled the linking of all procurement processes (from procurement plan, through the conduct of the procedure to data on payments based on concluded contracts) and introduced online appeals (e-appeals) as mandatory and the possibility for the online payment of fees.
