Digitalisation of employment agency eAdem

The goal of the investment is to upgrade the IT resources of the employment agency ADEM, increasing the efficiency of the work and providing better services to the clients and beneficiaries.  

The investments consists of adoption of eADEM strategy and implementation of the IT solution.

The strategy of eADEM was adopted in June 2022. After selection of the provider, the implementation phase of the IT solution was launched in January 2023.
