Description
The European Commission intends to launch a negotiated call for tender in order to secure access to a data source on global portfolio equity and bond funds flows, in order to monitor flows in and out of the stock and bond markets per countries and different types of institutional and individual investors. The data would be helpful in building early warnings indicators or designing the most appropriate policy response or initiatives, for instance in the context of the Capital Market Union.
